“Age spots” or “Liver spots” are areas of hyperpigmentation on the skin.
Hyperpigmentation causes patches of skin to become darker than the surrounding skin. It occurs when the skin produces excess melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color. It can affect any skin type and is more likely during pregnancy, with older age, or after an injury.
The herbal ingredients in Skin Repair Extra have been identified as being able to slow down or reduce the production of melanin, thereby allowing the dark spots to gradually decrease in intensity. While Skin Repair Extra can reduce the darkness of pigmentation spots, it may not eliminate them entirely.
