Who doesn't love garlic bread? This recipe is a great way to use the leaves of the garlic mustard plant (Alliaria petiolata) shown here to make a delicious buttery spread for toast.

Garlic mustard is considered to be an invasive weed in Ohio. If you decide to pick some and use it, you are doing everybody a favor.

Since you are brave enough to explore the culinary delights of natural plant materials, you are certainly brave enough to experiment with exact quantities to use. I have not included exact quantities in this recipe because you will have fun making it your own!
